These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FAI app, website, and related services. By using FAI, you agree to these terms.

You must be legally permitted to use FAI, be at least 13 years old, and be able to form a binding agreement. We may ask for your date of birth to confirm eligibility, and we may refuse or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.

You may use FAI only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or access it through unauthorized means.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to FAI. By posting content, you grant FAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the rights needed to share it.

You may not use FAI to violate the law or harm others. This includes, without limitation:

• Posting infringing, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, probe, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonating another person or entity, creating fake accounts for abuse, or misrepresenting your affiliation with FAI.
• Uploading malicious code, attempting to bypass security controls, or using the service to distribute spam or scams.

We may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, or terminate access to FAI if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or exposed FAI to legal or security harm.

Your use of FAI is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

FAI may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We are not obligated to continue offering any specific feature or functionality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice when appropriate.
